Where do you ship from?

  • All orders are despatched from the UK.

 How much does shipping cost?

  • Free UK postage on all orders (Royal Mail First Class Signed For)
  • Free Worldwide postage for all orders over £25. For all orders less than that postage is £7.50 (Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery)

When will my order ship?

  • We always aim to get you you stuff as soon as possible. All orders are posted out same or next working day (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

When will my order arrive?

  • When your order leaves North Straps we will email you a tracking number. UK orders should arrive within 2-3 days. International orders may take 2-4 weeks but could take even longer depending on your country.

Please Note, the above times are based pre Covid-19. Shipping times may well take longer depending on location.

  Do I have to pay tax or import fees?

  • Yes, you may have to pay tax and import fees upon delivery. Import fees vary in each country, so please contact your customs office, or refer to your local guidelines for further details.


Returns & Exchanges

I ordered the wrong thing - Can I exchange it?

We are happy to exchange unused/unworn watch straps and accessories.

To begin the process of exchanging your purchase please email with your order number and the details of what you wish to exchange.

We cannot process returns or exchanges unless we receive the item(s) in an as-new condition. This means that watch straps must not have been mounted onto a watch nor worn on the wrist.

In addition, all watch straps must be returned with their original packaging envelopes.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returned to North Straps. We suggest you purchase tracking and/or insurance to protect against loss or damage during shipping.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

We allow 30 days, from the original delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Where do I send my return/exchange?

All merchandise being returned to North Straps should be carefully packaged to protect against damage in transit. Once you have received authorisation to return your order, please send it to:

I have received my order, but it seems to be defective, can you send me a new one?

North Straps puts quality above all else, but sometimes manufacturing faults do occur. If you feel your product might be defective please email with your order number, a short description and a photograph of the problem.
