The Tough Nato is excellent quality throughout - fabric is really nice and feels heavy duty and not cheap like some NATO straps can.
Hardware all feels quality, quite chunky compared to a traditional NATO but not overdone - perfect size for the 20mm strap.
Strap came next day delivery and included a small presentation bag and a free Super Strap of another colour which was a nice bonus.
All I would suggest is that the small presentation bag is not really needed for a £12 strap. It has a plastic lining to it which is not great from an environmental perspective and is something that I have no real use for.
